Furniture package
Every Phuket property for sale has a furniture package available to all owners. The furniture package is compulsory for owners who wish to enter the Rental Guarantee Program and optional for other buyers.
All furniture and equipment are chosen after the initial reservation fee of 3% has been paid, thus allowing us to ensure the latest models are purchased. The chosen products are of excellent quality and the design is functional, modern and tropical to match perfectly with the property design.
We can also obtain furniture packages for your existing Phuket property.
The furniture package for every Phuket property for sale includes:
- Drapes in every room, including voiles and balckouts in all bedrooms
- Kitchen equipment, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, waste bin, ironing board and iron, washing machine, dryer, blender
- Cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, pots and pans
- Beds, bed linen (2 sets), bed side lamps, bed side tables
- Sideboard
- Dining suite seating 6
- Built-in Safe
- Hand towels, bath towel, beach towels
