Mortgage

Obtaining a mortgage in Thailand for property is currently almost impossible for foreigners. PPRE has therefore arranged its own financial plan for new buyers of our Phuket properties.

Up to 50% finance of the purchase price is available if required over 12, 24 or 36 months from the date of contracts being signed. No additional paperwork or proof of earnings is required, the facility is automatic for all our purchasors upon signing of the purchase contracts
