Guaranteed Rental
The guaranteed rental income option is only available for new properties The rental guarantee is 4 or 6.5% for 3 years. This option is not available for pre-owned property.
Properties eligible for Guaranteed Rental Income are subject to the following conditions:
- 6.5% rental guarantee is based on the client's property being available for rental between December 15th and January 31st, in each of the years of rental guarantee. The owner will have 42 days access to their property in Phuket per annum for periods outside that stated above. The owners will give at least 60 days notice of usage.
- 4% rental guarantee is based on the owners having 42 days usage of their property at any time of year. 60 days notice to be given.
- The guarantee rental income will be based on the base price of the Phuket property (excluding furniture package), and will be paid on 1st March and 1st September each year.
- Owners participating in the rental guarantee program must select the furniture package provided by the developer.
- The property owner will pay the standard monthly maintenance charges.
- PPRE will be responsible for the marketing of the property and for the provision of the services as described in the On Site Services page.

Owner Rental Services:
PPRE also provide a short term rental service and therefore the owners retain the freedom to use the property when they wish. This service provides no income guarantee.
